I wonder why the media pays so much attention on Iowa, it was not a primary, the result is not binding. Unless a candidate wins and maintains control on the majority in a precint till the primary comes, he can then earn the delegate from that precint. Some news agency reported that the top three candidates from GOP so far earned 7 delegates each, which is not true. All these polls are really meaningless. It is just a fuss created by the media. Theoretically, a candidate can win 49% of the tatal votes, if his votes are even distributed in each precint. And other candidates band up and unite to fight him, he might not have one single delegate!
