Normally wholesale for these things , we are talking about pallet or truck load order.

Each pallet has 144 or 288 units.
Truck load means 20+ pallet.

If he/she is in China, just buy some on taobao.com

It is very hard for you do do import,and, it's too heavy.

If you really want to buy from USA, just buy from costco and samsclub.
