good plan!
3 years ago i followed similar plan and i got healthy! however, i don't remember the during that period wether my health situation was exactly the same as i am right now.
if i don't eat enough, i would feel so hungry before i go to sleep then i would not be able to sleep. the second day i would feel terrible.
you mean no any rice, bread stuffs? i always eat brown rice and whole wheat bread. it would be hard for me to do. but i will try.
what kind of nuts? peanuts? sunflower seeds?
