看了一下，不知道是不是有意的，反正搞得挺复杂。但是今年增加了一项，Social Mobility，看拿Pell Grants 的学生的毕业率。

是说录取率完全不算了？那以后不会有怕over qualified 而不录取的问题了？

还有20%是Expert Opinion (20 percent, down from 22.5 percent in 2018)。就是专家打勾，1到5.这也比较难说了。
