失业率破7，英格兰银行会加息吗？

英国失业率最新数据是6.9%，英格兰银行行长，上台之初说过，失业率与利率基准线调整挂钩，破7，可能要调整。虽然破7，是调整的必要条件，不是充分条件，但是您觉得下半年或者明年年初会提高利率吗？
