你自己列的两个选择好像你都要从头做起呀。

先看第二个吧，从你现在的状况到心理咨询好像距离很远哪。要成为一个咨询师首先要taking courses, pass exams, be counseled, be analysed, go through monitored counseling, and then get the certificate before you can finally become a counselor yourself. 这要好几年的功夫呢。而且你以前学的做的相关也不大。you may get bored before you get the certificate. 

对第一个选择你说不甘心，理解。

何不两者合一？选一个human resource management psychology, or management pstchology, or busuness psychology，但是呢读part time，同事找个工作full time or part time.

好处是

1. give yourself time to learn UK coperate culture and social environment

2. get some UK working experience

3. get a relevant degree

Having said all these, I think it'd better to think carefully what you want to do in your life and then work on it, than find a job for the sake of it and spend rest of your life thinking what ifs.
