Advices

1. Know your property line;
2. If you don't like the idea of a fence between the properties, don't pay a penny;
3. If he insist he needs a fence, then ask him to set it 2 feet back from the property line.
4. In rare cases, i.e., you have easement over the shared property line, don't let him install the fence.
