再帮我这个新的小地主看看，也许别的地主也有同样的问题。

以下是租客的回信。小八腊子太有预见性了。租客这也要解释，那也要解释，哪有那末多功夫。

After looking the bills in details also I see some questions :

 

1.       I am not fully convinced to accept the Hand signed and not numbered cash bills for labor (costing around 800 $ ) as it is a very huge amount 在craiglist找的两个零散工人，按照海泠以前的建议，签了手写的单据，当然不是公司的正式文件。

2.       The procurement of the carpet is 40 SQ yards 12 feet, the damaged carpet is a cut piece of 2 feet by 3 feet. This is way beyond the needed material (invoice you shared is confusing with the amount that got paid)

 

I still feel the rent advance should mostly substantiate the expense (with taking this I have paid 11 months of rent and just left one month early to contract break). 地毯很多地方有stains,非常肮脏，也找不到同样的地毯更换，而且一小快一小快的换地毯，没有工人肯做。所以换大面积还更便宜。

 

I appreciate if you can consider all and close the with rent advance.

 

小八腊子，海泠等，我感觉就算我这次给他解释了，下个邮件他可能又提别的问题。永远没完没了。如何回他断绝他的纠缠。感觉上好像他也会担心不还我钱的后果（COLLETION AGENT）.

还是直接告诉他我不会再花时间和他谈了，让他自己去找律师，法庭见。如何能作到礼貌并且坚定？还是就不理会他了。当然我是希望能挽回我的损失。
