1）laminate 地板似乎是最durable。
2）eingeeeing地板对膨胀不敏感。价格和实木大约相同
3）实木可能看起来是最好的，但可能不会持久，厚度不匹配 (thickness does not match)。
Real world concerns：
1）如果我用真正的木材在一楼, because it is cement base，I have to put down plywood first, 先用胶合板 plywood 3 / 4“，然后实木3 / 4“，而在厨房的瓷砖是只有10毫米厚的。所以厚度的不匹配。不好看。
2）我的房子是约5000平方呎。如果我使用laminate地板，似乎我没用质量最好的材料。
