举个例子:

 

现在有投资（比如房子）１Ｍ，每年收入１００Ｋ(50k after tax)，从现在开始１０年之间需要支出１Ｍ。从税务角度最佳的方案是。。。

1. liquidate property, put cash in money market...
2. Sell 10% each year...
3. ...
 

Notice that the after tax income is not sufficient to cover expenses each year.

If properties are to be liquidated, recaptured depreciation must be taxed. Let's suppose the amount of depreciation already deducted is $500k. Ignore any capital gain taxes, for simplicity.
