高效，宝刀未老

一个星期装修好一套two bedroom townhouse，油漆，改造厨房，并租出去。今天签合同，收了押金和下半月的房租。哈哈谁说当地主难。如烹小鲜。
这个月多收半个月租金，顺便租金也涨了7%。
