issues with PKUers

1. most not very hands-on, unlike folks from Tsinghua and USTC; high eyeball, yet low hands.
2. overly ambitious or over-confident;
3. looks down on others, or at least unwilling to admit they cannot be good at everything; "humble" is not in the dictionary;
4. low EQ and do not care how others feel; self-centered, not willing to spend time and efforts to build personal relationship;
5. unwilling to start from low positions and work up;
6. yet most failed to acomplished much in their life, and live in the aurora of their school name and success of their earlier days; complain a lot and hold grudges against others and the society. 

xin yi and mom 16 are actually exceptions on the good side. 

folks, applaud others for their good sides and what they have achieved and learn from them. be happy for them. do not be too dark.
