事情是一件一件做出来的。这几天比较闲。。。

Yesterday:

5pm: left office

1. apt1: adjust heating vent; tenant complained no heat.
2. apt2: check basement for dead animal; none. Turned out source of odor from neighbor's trash bin.
3. apt3: replace water damaged floor tiles.
4. apt4: pest treatment
5. apt5: pick up lawn mower; tenant cuts grass for me.
6. apt6: stop by; warrant of eviction served today.
7. apt7: toilet problem

7:15: got home, just in time for hot pot...

Today:

Left home 7:15

1. apt1: repair broken shower curtain rod, put draino in tub, collect rent.
2. apt7: replace toilet tank lever, pest treatment.

9:00 In office.
