换空调的最后价格

经过几个来回，把主要零部件的价格搞清楚之后，俺的contractor同意以4500的价钱（2 1/2 Ton Goodman Condenser + Evaporator Coil + Furance) 换整个系统。如果不要收据，直接用现金付账，他还可以再给500折扣。俺认为这已经是合理价的低端，所以叫他准备行动了。
