空调价格update

昨天人家给了一个估计，换整个系统要价 5900（3-Ton Condenser+Evapator Coil+Furnace). 今天跟人谈价，同意降到5000.今天俺继续做功课，现在有希望把价格降到4500左右。星期一他会跟俺敲定最后价格。

对于HVAC修理更换之类的活，俺追求的不是最低价，而且合理价范围里面的低端。得给contractor一点利润空间，但不能被宰。
