高温监工一个星期，我的工人都要中暑了。结果今天的permit for occupancy没有通过，原因是

1。楼梯的handrail 要拐弯到墙
2。二楼的卫生间窗户低了5寸。怕人滑倒直接从窗户里飞出去。
