Buy home warranty plan

After I bought home warranty plan, I feel more relaxed when I get repair call from tenants.
Just log a service request with home warranty company and give tenant's phone number as the contact. Then home warranty company would arrange contractor. And they will contact tenant directly for repair.

I just need to pay $60 copay each time and $500 per year for the plan.

I don't need to search for contractors and negotiate with contractors. I don't need to go to tenant's house. It saves me lots of headache and time.
