BSO：温哥华房产之火中取粟

2011年，在万众一心对温哥华房价崩盘的期待中，以1.365米买下一full deplux，地可以分成两块。最近，在那附近，有一栋老房子卖出，地刚好是我那deplux的一半，下面就是成交的结果，报78万，在8天内以80万卖出。考虑到房子本身已经没有多少价值，这80万基本上是地价，那么我的deplux地应该值个1.6米。可以自豪一下火中取粟的战果了。
