There is a house in NY- the owner wanted to do sth

with that house. The environmentalists did not like that. So they sued one by one. Each claim his or her great grandpa owned the house. Of course they failed again and again. But by the same time, the owner could not do anything with it. Eventually the owner changed mind and did something else that the environmentalists liked.
