I bought a rental property through gohoming in July 2012. It was a cash deal. I thought that I could close it in one month, but took more than 2 months to close. Their response was very slow. They had some unfair terms too, such as asking the buyer to pay the transfer tax (normally should be paid by seller). I accepted the deal as it's really a good bargin. Otherwise, I would have walked away.
