He would like to continue to rent, Do I need to check the renter's credit? becuase even his credit is not good, he is stil in this property after closing.

He has sent me application form, he is owner of gym, and salary is $750000, my new condo rent fee is $1550/month, do you think it is ok for his Salary? He and his wife and one 2 years son live in this condo.

I just go on e-renter website, they ask me to choose my creteria for renter's credit, there is 671-850, 701-850, 746-850, which creteria I need to choose?

one more question, if I run the renter credit now, how soon can I get it, I will close this condo on this Friday, and sign a lease with this renter on closing date.
