请各位资深地主帮忙看看，房客的credit report

新地主刚开始房客的信用，看到如下记录，不知如何是好，想请诸位帮忙看看。

申请者是夫妻2人，除了最近的房子short sale之外没有其它不良记录，credit card也都是按时付的。但在太太的记录里有下面这句话，先生的记录里没有。先生有个small business，太太目前在家照顾他们3个月大的小孩。

Bankruptcy Filed: 12/10 Liability: $0 Assets: $0 How Filed: Individual Case Num:  *********  Comments: "Chapter 7 bankruptcy dismissed. Assessed amount paid on 04/20/2011. . Attorney or firm of record is PRO SE."

大家能帮我看看这句话代表什么意思吗? 有什么后果吗?
