Olympic spirit - faster, higher, better

It is a hard balance to deal with - basically this society (through bosses and brain wash) push most people and give it a great name "Olympic spirit".

When you can handle the balance and win - you are great - like Wang in Chemistry Olympic in 1990's. However, there is only one #1 and limited # of gold metals.  If these who are not #1 can not balance the desire to be #1 and the fact myself is not #1, it potentially lead to problem.
