I am in California and this realtor was referred by one of my friend. She is a full time housewife. Pick up kids from school is her major job. I don't know what should I say about this realtor. Anyway, she thinks I do not know any other realtors there. 不好意思是最主要的障碍. 

I found several SS but she told me directly that she does not want to waste time to make the backup offer at all. What should I do? Do you have any referral?
