What is the potential drawback for the home owner? How much option fee or premium should I charge? The house is currently renting at $2600 per month with perfect tenants (I am a distant landlord). I am thinking about this because we are going to go overseas for an expat assignment and would like somebody to take good care of the house, which was my primary residence.
