  1. After they move out, hire professional clean company and deduct the fee from deposit.

  2. Write on contract: No lockout service provided, call locksmith service if you are lockout.

  3. 我的具体做法：第一次 free, second times: $35, third times: $50. So far I only charged one person for $35. Now, this guy 象国内的小学生一样， 将钥匙挂在neck上。
