有人知道industrial real estate realtor 和 residential realtor的拥金区别吗

 

他们的拥金大概是多少？我知道residential realtor是到2%-3% for both seller agent and buyer agent.

 

有个潜在的租客是industrial realtor的，他的 tenant representation transaction volumne 是16 Million square feet.

 

他会是一个好租户吗？
