没注册Sole proprietorship，可以按照Sole proprietorship形式今年保税吗？

Sole proprietorship需要注册吗？没注册，可不可以在今年的保税时，用Sole proprietorship形式填Schedule C 去处理出租房的相关收入和支出？感觉Schedule C 比 Schedule E 包含更多的费用项目。请问专家们赐教！
