楼上洗衣机漏水，浇到楼下。carpet soaked up. called carpet guy, sucks water, cut carpet, replace pading, put a high power fan dry the hall way. total $350.应该$250，不过AMIGO 30 minutes 赶到。remote landlord, 300 miles.
