sheriff sale HELP!!

I went to sheriff sale today and bought a property near universities ... i thought it should be a great deal! However, i just realized that:

1) the price i paid is the market price in that same neighborhood.

2) there is no windows or doors for this property in the first floor instead they are sealed by big wood boards.

I paid 10% as deposit today and need to pay the remainning within 30 days. My question is is there a way to make myself get out of the bid and get my money back? I called a few contractor today and was told in general if the door and window are sealed which means very poor condition inside the house.

I am kind of freaked out...:-)

Any suggestions!!
