I am not so sure about 50M limit.  If so, I really not sure who would jump in.  This program is for rental only, not for resale/flip. $50M cash to run SFH rental cross country does not make any business sense.  If they allow flip, then those houses will be back on market for us to pick it up.  No problem, I can wait.
