It is curious why the huge gap of asking price vs. settlement price. The asking price is rising yet the settlement price is dropping vs 1 year ago.
Could the asking price reflect the unreasonable expectation of home owner?
Or could the settlement price reflect the home owner uneasiness of local economy? - notice the settlement price at lower end of two years since 2009.
