Or, newer than the newest vinyl or other floor covers? if the newest vinyl was tored, then developing crack.

Or, if bare concrete, very clean inside the crack or dirty inside it?

Usually, 2 mm wide crack for an 18 years old house should not a big issue if not a developing crack.
