Isn't investing in rentals like investing in US consumers?
Basically rely on US consumer(who don't have jobs and salary increase) 's consumption on housing?
Or entirely inflation hedge? (is it the better hedge anyway? when food price is skyrocketing, who cares about buying a house, especially out of jobs?)
