There is no reason to believe SD will BK.

Hedge funds industry largely short natural gas for quite some time. Just like the US$ carry trade they put on before. Now the unwind of this short trades will reverse NG's price in near future. Gulf oil spill is the game changer of NG as I pointed out recently.

So even SD has lots of debts and not my favorite NG play, it is not a short candidate any more. I think that these distressed NG stocks will outperform S&P, either they rise faster or fall less than S&P.

Most vulnerable sector is Tech since most funds over own them still.
