租客发来的短信

前几天上来问说租客因为癌症，不能工作，没收入，租金只付了几百，还是教会出的。屋漏偏逢天下雨，她说寄给我的几百的支票不知怎么被别人cash了。她说她寄出了，但是因为生病治辽头脑昏昏，支票上没写我的名字，给了别人可乘之机。唉，不知道可不可信。

今天发信了，说

"I am hoping you'll find it in your heart as a mother and a person to work with me. I am wondering if I continue to send money little by little if you'll work with me? I have sold everything I might have of value which isn't a lot like my tvs and things to come up with as much as I can. "

不知道地主们怎么处理，实在不忍心驱赶。但是六月份的租金$1,575目前只收到$500。
