citi group 发行的20年债卷，利息是不超过10%，该不该买？

本地金融公司推荐给我这个产品。

前2年的利息是10%， 从第三年开始，利息按天算，如果1）S&P 500 index 大于 55% 1/17/2023 的index, 并且
 30年期的利率高于2年期的利率， 这天就有利息，否则就没有利息。
 在这20年中，债卷可以在二级市场买卖。
 据说citigroup 可能3年后就把债卷赎回。
 要买的话，最少5万。

从来没买过，我怎么觉得有点too good to be ture. 请网友们指点。
