yes, yes, if no S-corp, all expense can be counted but if expense is more than income, it becomes loss and can not do much about it.

I accumulated a lot loss and accountant asked me to open a S-corp. Does it mean i can deduct those loss? My impression is Yes and is going to talk to accountant soon to open a S-corp.
