请教地主：客房搬进去2星期，狗舔了院子里有毒的树，生病了呕吐，客房要马上把树全部砍掉。。。

今天短信，说urgent，要把树全部砍掉，要不威胁他家狗的安全。请看短信和照片（前院有三颗），他的短信语句不是很通顺，不是很好懂。 Oleander is a kind poison tree。  狗狗舔了树，呕吐了。

这是半年前买的房子，前院后院可能共10来颗这种树，这些树应该有很多年了，我肯定不想砍了，砍了这些树院子就光秃秃的了，要多少年才可以长起来？请教地主有没有遇见这样的情况？应该怎样应付他。我打算和gardner商量一下，有什么办法解决。
