1. girls are fine, just give me their names and residence address.  (in case they change girlfriends, same applies). 

2. knob lock is fine, they pay for it (or install them themselves, it's not difficult for a handy person).  because (1) it's not a defect (2) they didn't obejct before sign the lease.
