说说我的小地主路

1. 0x年9万5买第一个自住公寓，自今还没还完贷款，还在出租。每月还款额没变，租金从500涨到 680，房价市场价涨到25万
2. 0x年买House, 快还完贷款了，30万涨到约65万
3. 2套小公寓，其中一套6万买，前2年有人收购，40万卖了，一套还在出租，没还完贷款，9万2买的，市价约20万。租金从500涨到600
4. 2套才买不久的公寓，总价从 月68万涨到88万。
5. 一块地皮，守租待兔中。

感觉还是没成富人，平常生活还是靠正常上班工作
