Quit claim deed 攻略

    适用范围： 对于5万以下的白菜房， cash sale，卖家没有mortgage。买家也是cash buyer . Quit claim deed 是最省交易费的办法

     注意事项： 必须核实没有贷款， 不欠city tax . 其实欠了也没问题， price in 就可以。

      首先去lawyer office 取一张标准的property transfer contract paper 花一块钱。 

      双方按约定价格填写好之后，要去 notarize 敲钢印。 花10块钱。

      然后去county deed registration office 登记。一般登记处会让你去旁边transfer tax 处交税。

    回registration office 花30块钱登记。 可以再花7块钱要一份copy 

     这事就算完了。 整个过程一个小时。

     尽量让Seller出税和公证费用。买家整个花销37块钱一个小时。
