租客要换所有的锁，大家怎么看，重新来过（漏了BackGround)

不好意思，才发现我原来的贴子，内容都没有显示，只有一个标题。

房子是白玉房，在24小时有人看着大门的社区。我现在是远程。这家有三小孩，已经住了二年了。今天给我发了下面的。麻烦各位重新说说，谢谢了

Hi xxx, Hope everything is well with you and your family.  I’m texting you to ask if you can let me change ALL the locks on the doors. The front door the knob lock has always been broken. Every time we open the door the knob falls.  The kitchen door to the garage locks down by itself. Two times one of us gets locked out because of that.  The door to the backyard patio locks up by itself and you can’t unlock it with the knob.  So we have to unscrewed everything to fixed it and sometimes we can’t even fix it. It is kind of frustrating.  I can buy the locks and you can reimburse me or I can have xxx deduct it from the rent.  Please let me know what your thoughts are. Thank you !
