Tenant cancels the lease

I signed the lease with A company. However, when the employee B arrived, he didn't like the place and made some excuses like: kitchen/cleanness is not up to his satisfaction. Now the company wants to cancel the lease without any compensation.

Any advices? Thanks in advance.
