诡异的情况，怎么eviction

2周前刚签的约。付了租金和押金，但是少付了360。他说第二天给我chase quickpay。

结果再也没联系上。今天去贴 3 day notice。 结果发现根本没入住，没有一样家具。门上贴的通知停气的通知也还在，而且也没有电。基本肯定在签约之后就没再来过。我在他签约之后就通知了他我会停掉我的电。

我估计他要么坐牢了要么在医院。大可能是坐牢。他告诉我他有cancer. 但不可能2星期都无法回信。

我是走正常的eviction 程序？还是直接出租换锁？
