Quicken Rental property manager

A spreadsheet is just fine.

However,  after I use Quicken, I have this "Ah-Ha" moment.  I begin to understand the HOW and the WHY things are done in a certain way.

Of course, after you know the tricks, you will feel that" it could be better".
