我现在一直后悔在09年以后没有坚持买房，所有精力转入生意。 09-13年5年没有动作。14年因为逼着买仓库和造新房子才回去看房市。 去年多伦多限外资购房后大量资金涌入hamilton，London， waterloo一带。现在已经高位了
