已经撤了，foundation 我担心要上万，seller agent死活不让我们等foundation report

可能这是seller agent的一种手段？对方是有经验的realtor, 这次连option period都不延应该是他的主意。因为卖家要求八月close, 延三天option period根本无关痛痒.
