请教地主，我要不要把房客赶走？

我有一个房客，租了我的CONDO三年了。几个月前，工作没了，现在做房地产AGENT。 房租经常迟交。五月底LEASE到期， 我要求提供COSINGER后 才能签新的LEASE。 他答应了，但到现在还找不到人，两个月了。我要不要把房客赶走？我重新查了他的信用，没有欠帐，分数６５０。
