Each policy shall show the Association as the named insured, but shall provide that each owner is an insured person with respect to his Unit, and that the Association is an insured person with respect to the Common Area.
现在HOA扯皮说只有他们submit claim HOA的insurance才能赔偿。但是我们看到Bylaw里有这段话，请问有经验的地主，我们可以根据这个向他们要求，我们其实也算是投保人，可以直接跟Insurance Company要求赔偿，对吧？
